Michael founded ARMS Reliability in 1995 after 12 years in the oil industry and 5 years in alumina refining, where he witnessed a real gap in the market for strategic, supportive decision-making tools for engineering and maintenance functions.

Michael has strong relationships with Apollonian Publications (USA) and Isograph (UK), and teaches Reliability methods throughout Australia, USA and Canada.

Michael is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).

Jason leads ARMS Reliability global operations focused towards providing Asset Reliability Improvement Solutions to a wide range of industries. ARMS Reliability helps their clients be safe and successful by making reliability a reality. ARMS Reliability has a team of specialist reliability consultants, trainers and solution developers, operating around the globe from our Australian, USA, Canadian, South American and European bases.

Jason Apps has over 20 years of experience in asset management, plant maintenance, reliability engineering, Master Data Analysis and root cause analysis.

He is the author of training courses and papers on Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability Skill Building, Availability Modelling, RAMS and Managing Reliability Improvement. He has presented worldwide at asset management and reliability conferences. ARMS Reliability is in high demand to assist multinational companies with our expert knowledge in Reliability Engineering, Asset Management and Systems Integration.

Prior to taking over as CEO two years ago Jason was Technical Director responsible for technical solutions and project applications, leading the development of software solutions to support our reliability improvement methodology.

He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).

Vice President of International Operations

Darren joined ARMS Reliability in 2004 where he lead the marketing, sales and administration function of ARMS Australia.

In 2009 he moved to the United States to head up the business development of our growing U.S Operations and is now the Vice President of International Operations overseeing the management of our North American, Latin American, African and European business units.

Darren has a Bachelor Degree in Management and prior to joining ARMS Reliability, Darren worked in Golf Operations Management responsible for the successful operation of a 36 hole golf facility.

Director

David has practised in the field of intellectual property for over 30 years. During this time, he has been involved in many significant commercial transactions involving the licensing and transfer of patents and technology and the drafting and implementation of IT contracts.

He has also been involved in a number of joint venture transactions that related to the investment of capital in the development of technology and the commercialisation of the end result. He has advised clients in relation to brand management and has provided advice to numerous advertising agencies in relation to compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Over the past 10 years, David has been a board member of a number of organisations and in that role has advised the boards in areas such as corporate governance and board responsibilities.

Jason joined ARMS Reliability in 1998, and now manages project services and engineering. He has completed many innovative studies using simulation modeling in the utility, mining and refining sectors.

Previously, Jason worked in maintenance engineering roles in aluminium smelting, refining and cement manufacture. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).

James joined Arms Reliability in March 2011, and manages the finance and administrative functions. He is a qualified chartered accountant with previous experience in management accounting and business services in industry and chartered accounting firms.

Craig Brydges

Business Development Manager - Australia/New Zealand

Craig joined ARMS Reliability in April 2006 and is responsible for the engineering team throughout Australia and New Zealand. He leads client maintenance and reliability improvement projects, and develops and maintains professional relationships with clients.

Prior to joining ARMS, Craig spent 9 years as systems maintainer at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal.

Gary originally joined ARMS Reliability's Australian operations in 2003 as a Senior Reliability Engineer. After 5 years, he returned to the UK where he spent time at Syngenta and Rockwell Automation before returning to ARMS Reliability as our Engineering Manager for Europe in 2012.

Jason joined ARMS Reliability in 2005. He is responsible for daily operations and business growth throughout North America. Prior to ARMS Reliability, Jason was a Reliability Engineer for BlueScope Steel.

Adam joined ARMS Reliability in 2013 when the company acquired ADKA Group; a boutique software development company that built software for a large range of industries and clients, including ARMS Reliability. He has experience in creating a wide-range of user-focused software products - finance systems, photo-editing, police telephone recording and line of business applications. Since joining ARMS, Adam has become integral to the direction of our internal software development and has been the technical lead on all products, including our Reliability Strategy Management Solution "OnePM" and our CMMS integration tool, the "RIT".

Engineering Manager - Latin America

Santiago joined ARMS Reliability in 2012 and is responsible for daily operations and business development in Latin America. Prior to this, he worked as Operations and Logistics Manager for a major iron ore exploration project in Uruguay. Santiago also has prior experience in reliability engineering consulting services and as the Vice President of National Ports Administration for Uruguayan Ports Authority.
