Refund Policy
- Please note that if the venue is changed you will ONLY be contacted via the email address given to us on the registration form.
- If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome or a credit can be provided for a future course/workshop/seminar.
- A full refund (minus 10% administration fee) will only be made for cancellations made before 14 days before the course starts.
- ARMS reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change venues.
