Jo joined ARMS Reliability in 2013 to help build the Marketing function. Based out of the head office in Australia, she is responsible for leading marketing team globally.


After completing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at RMIT University, Australia, I built an 8-year career as a Category Marketing and Management specialist in the FMCG industry. Through a variety of roles, in both Australian and UK markets, I worked on household brands at companies; Sara Lee, Danone Waters, Kraft Foods and Mondelez. In this capacity, I gained extensive expertise in activating insights, and executing growth strategies, to deliver business performance outcomes.

My commercial background in consumer and grocery retail provided a solid foundation to transfer to ARMS Reliability and the world of Reliability Engineering and Asset Management. Charged with developing and leading our go-to-market strategies and marketing operations globally, I love the role I play in helping organizations find solutions to their Reliability and Asset Management challenges. With advancements in technology, and significant change and growth in the industry, it is an exciting place to be.
