Course Overview

A practical introductory course designed to introduce participants to a range of lifecycle simulation tools to develop and improve your asset management strategy. The purpose of this course is to introduce the full suite of tools available within Isograph's Availability Workbench™ so that it can be applied throughout the life of a project. 

Course Key Learning

  • Introduces students to a suite of lifecycle simulation tools for modelling RCM and Availability. Includes additional analysis methods like Weibull and Process Reliability and covers integration with ERP/CMMS Systems such as SAP and Maximo. 
  • Introduces the use of leading software within the class and full featured use of hands on examples to re-enforce the concepts.
  • Provides the student an awareness of the full range of reliability methods available and their impact on the lifecycle performance of an asset including Availability and LCC calculations. 
  • Participants learn how Availability Workbench™ modules can drive asset management decisions on risk, cost, budget predictions, maintenance plans, work instructions, system availability, plant production losses, lifecycle costs.
